Rear window rollers replacement/repair ideas?

Anyone else had a problem with the little wheels on the ends of the rear window motor disintegrating and making the rear window fall off its runners? I can't see a way of taking there little centers out to replace them or anything.... so just wondering if anyones found a way around this problem?

I would imagine you just have to replace the whole regulator assembly--I've never read where anyone has rebuilt one from new parts.

I bought some bathroom and kitchen drawer rollers that work as a replacement wheel. They have to be sanded down to fit. I will post a link on the how to.
