rear window rolls up and then stops and rolls back down about 1/4 way from top

2006 Toyota 4runner sport

When using switch on dash, the rear window rolls up most of the way but then rolls back down 1/4 way from the top and will not go up.

Help please!

Have you tried rolling up and down three times in a row?
