Rear window/wiper not working

Hey guys, I tried doing some searching, but couldn't find anything to help me out. My 06 rear window will not roll down with the key fob. It will "beep" but will not roll down. It rolls down with the switch inside the vehicle though. I don't know if this is related, but my rear window wiper doesn't work either. I just bought this rig and both worked a week ago.

Any suggestions or past experiences to help a guy out?

I find a lot of 4th gen answers on the following site. Did a search and:

Rear Wiper Problems Fixed - Doh! - Toyota 120 Platforms Forum

Hold down the close button several seconds and see if it resets?
Make absolutely sure rear window is closed?
I hope it's that simple for you.
