Rear wiper motor blocking rear window

My 99's back window can't go down because the rear wiper motor is tilting forward and blocking the bottom of the window. I tightened the bolts around the motor, but that hasn't solved the problem.

What's behind the motor? Can I just push it back into place (I've been reluctant to push too hard, not knowing what damage I could do)?

Solved!

Used sheer brute force to pull the inside panel out to give more room for window to run freely and all is well. Likely the weight of all the stuff on that panel, combined with some rather bumpy rides, pushed it in over the years.

Speaking of the rear wiper motor.. Is it hard to get to? I'm not sure if mine is actually broken or not, but the wiper refuses to move. I can hear the motor making noises but no movement.. Are the replacements expencive? Sorry I envaded your thread but seems on topic...
