Recommend DIY PUMP SET UP

Can someone recommend a DIY pump set up in order to fill various fluids where the fill hole is hard to get to?

I'm looking to put together something that is effective for different fluids.

there are multiple companies that make pumps and suction hoses that attach at various lengths to pump or suck fluids,

at work we use something like that mainly for filling diff fluids.
