They have a pretty strick requirement list to get the reimbursement, but it's not all that long of a list, so do your homework before sending anything in to get the refund!!
Maybe also make a phone call to Toyota to make sure you understand what is required, I wasn't sure from reading it if you had to have the glass replaced at a dealership rather than just a auto glass company.

This is getting a bit ridiculous, isn't this the 3rd thread about getting a letter for this issue in the last month or so? I don't know why I even bothered to make that thread [MENTION=118955]JustinB[/MENTION] linked if no one is going to search! LOL

I got my window replaced in October 2010 after it shattered. Called the dealership and they said they hadn't heard of it happening and it must have been a foreign object and wasn't covered.
Well I got this letter yesterday, and I found my receipt from Safelite in the glove box, but it's so old that you can't even read the print on the receipt unless you shine a flashlight and look very carefully. It was paid by a check from an account I don't even have any more. They're demanding a cancelled check as proof of purchase.
Short of calling up Safelite and seeing if they have any record of the transaction, not sure what else to do.

Maybe hold it up to a window so it's backlit, take a photo with a good camera, and enhance on the computer.
