Remote power from Stock Entune Premium Plus

I took delivery of my new T4R last Friday and I'm planning my stereo upgrade. I want try to keep the stock HU as I like the stock look and the functionality. I'm adding 2 amps, 1 sub and 1 pair of 6.5 inch speakers in the back doors, and a set of 6.5 components up front. The mids in the doors and the tweeters in the dash.

Does anyone know which is the remote power wire coming out of the HU? I need to send the turn on signal to the amps, and I'd rather not tap into the ignition switch.

There is no trigger terminal on the stock HU. That's usually a power antenna feature that's used to trigger an aftermarket amp; ours have none! What I did with my subwoofer amps is used the cigarette lighter to power my aftermarket accessories e.g., fogs, amps... So the amps will come on when the truck is started or when I'm in acc mode, and will go off when it's shut-off. PS: The amps won't mind being on while you drive!

I believe it's blue for hot (+) and green for GND (-); just double ck with a test light or DCv meter. I did the tie in right behind the lighter power socket.

This is for those who don't want to swap the stock head unit. I just figured since you're working on your sound system and planning to keep the stock HU (as many here are doing the same), you may find something in this thread that may be helpful. When you have time, take a look. Regards!
