Removing 04 JBL Center Speaker, how?

How in the world to you get to the harness clip to remove the center dash JBL speaker?

I bought a used replacement off ebay (lots of cross combability) and can't figure out how to get at the harness. Do I need to remove the head unit?

Thanks. I was able to get the grille cover off, and remove teh two bolts, but the wire harness is like inaccessible and unreachable.

I suppose you could cut it and splice in the new one. Is the new one a direct replacement with OEM connectors? If not, you’ll have to cut the connector off anyway to wire it up.
