Removing Audio unit

Hi,
I have 98 4runner with 270K miles. Few things I can use help with:

1) The clock is not working.
2) Cassette player is not working. I have used it to connect to my mp3 player. Now everytime, the cassette would eject. Radio and CD plays fine.
3) Radio antenna would not go back.

I love the car and is in good shape. I do want ability to play mp3 player so is there easy way to remove audio unit and try to fix it?

Thanks
S.

replace clock
remove unit and upgrade to a scion unit or aftermarket unit. there are writeups on scion unit swaps and the different choices there are.
either replace the mast if broken, replace the whole thing if the motor is bad or do the taco whip mod.
