removing control switches from drivers door

Can anyone help me out on how to do this? I removed the plastic voer behind the door handle, and then removed the one screw that holds the plastic surround onto the door panel...but I cannot get that plastic surround to come off. My goal is to get the black strip of switches to pop out, as my switch is faulty and my window on the driver's side will no longer operate.

Thanks.

If it's like every other toyota in the world a small flat head screwdriver and you can pop the surrounding of the switches out and then you can replace them and pop them back in

I wasn't able to do that. I am being pretty careful though, don't want to break anything.
