Removing the spoiler

does anyone know if this is possible to remove it without significantly injuring the 4runner? I blow mostly cold on the big rear spoiler (though I think it looks not-as-bad on my stratosphere truck).

Just a hunch, but because installation requires some drilling (Toyota requires you to buy a special template to get it right), it would seem that you would at least have some holes to plug after removing it.

Don't know how the brake light is wired or how you'd replace it with the one used in the models without a spoiler.

the wiring for the spoiler brake light and the non spoiler brake light are located in the same place so if you do take it off, just pick up the normal brake light and place it in and plug it in

but the only problem will be that you'll have a few holes on each sides of where the spoiler was though
