Replacement FogLight Assembly? Stripped screws, even with PbBlaster/Wd40

Aftermarket replacement fog lights with bracket

So when I tried to replace my fog lights, I ran into really rusted and hard to twist screws. I already bathe them with Pb Blaster for a day and also WD40 after that since it still doesn't work. I know based on the guide someone posted that I only need to remove the 3 screws then replace the bulb.

Yes, from these two pictures, they seem like they're not stripped, but trust me, as soon as I put force, they like melt away lol.

So, where can I buy replacements of these? I found this one on ebay but $100 for 1 side is too much I think. Is this even the right one?

I drilled through them to the point where I could unscrew the remainder of it with a pair of pliers. I then went to the local hardware store and bought 20 new screws of the same length and spacing. Now I just replace the screws every time I need to access the bulbs and that has elimated this problem. Definitely worth it!

Actually, since the OEM replacement are like $100 each. Could you guys recommend aftermarket ones?

I'm looking at this one, they also use H3 bulbs which is the same Hella H3 ones I bought from Amazon. Will that one fit into the fog light hole in my bumper?
