Replacement LED bulbs for 2009 4Runner SR5

I have a 2009 4Runner SR5 V6 and want to replace the dim, amber bulbs behind the climate control display and the 3 knobs below that control the vents, fans speed, etc. I want to get blue bulbs that are bright so I can read the display, etc. when I have sunglasses on. I have looked online for bulbs but am confused on what size, etc. to get. Also, am considering replacing the lights behind the speedometer/tach, fuel gauge/temp with the same blue color. Any help will be greatly appreciated!!! I have been messing with this for months and just can't seem to know what to get! THANK YOU!!!

A dealership should have a diagram that includes the part numbers for the lights. They have always printed them for me.
