Replacement quarter panels?

Well, Thursday gave the the unfortunate incident of flight off a snowbank in my 4runner. Luckily, the damage was fairly minimal, pretty much only the front bumper and quarter panels. No broken glass or anything(almost broke a window out of pure frustration and anger :mad2: ). So, has anyone else had the pleasure of replacing these, and if so, where'd you get the replacement from? So far, looks like JC Whitney has a Chinese special for about 100 bucks a side. Any help/advice would be much appreciated!

P.s. already checked around the Pick 'n pulls in my area, no third gens within about 100-150 miles.

I laid my truck down back in October and replaced pretty much one whole side. Look at Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market. These search all the salvage yards in the area. Pick-n-pull is very limited, at least in my area. Good luck!

Check with LKQ - they are a national salvage yard and can pull one in from another area. It may take a week to get to you, but they will probably have what you need.

Not sure what exact part of nothern cal you are in, but you can check bay area craigslist. There is a salvage yard that advertises random 4Runner stuff constantly. I've stopped by there for a couple of small things which were not super cheap, but they did have them. Sorry don't know the name off the top of my head.

Are you looking for a 1/4 panel or a fender?

The quarter panel is not replaceable, unless you cut out the damaged section and weld in a new one.

It's not like the front fender where you can simply unbolt the old and bolt on a new one

But I have a feeling you are referring to the front fender.

Im in norcal got some connections to parts, let me know if i can help you any. if you can wait a little SCrunner is gonna sell his stock 99 bumper in santa cruz, as far as fender goes are you talking about the flare or the actual rear fender cuz i dont think you can replace that.
