I can see the clip on the firewall and the clip at the actuator where is the third clip?

Clarification

So I’m looking at the top and bottom pictures, those two HVC cables showing. Is it one long cable or is it two separate ones?

It is one cable that goes from the actuator (in the passenger footwell), behind the console to the driver footwell, where it routes up to the top of the firewall and into the engine bay, to the HCV.
