Replacing Xreas with FJ suspension question..

on my 03 SE V8, i'm planning on taking out my Xreas that already has a confred 3/2 lift.. i have an opportunity to get a set of 2008 Fj shocks and springs.. will i be able to use the same spacers and keep a similar lift or will using the FJ suspension raise it more?

The fj coils provide some lift. Click the fj link in my sig,it'll give info on lift amounts.

thanks for the reply.. i've read your post and didnt see anyone with Confred 3/2 spacers using stock FJ shocks.. my concern is too much front lift and have the truck with the nose up.

Yea, don't know anyone with that setup. Based on your model (v6 or v8, 2wd or 4wd), you can estimate the amount if lift from that chart. If you've got a v6, then it probably would be nose high.

Either way, I also typically don't advise going over 3" of lift. Perhaps look into other shocks such as the bilstein 5100s. Around $300 per set, but they'd be new with a lifetime warranty.
