In my opinion, this deserves its own thread. Maybe a place to share memories of the man we all had the pleasure of meeting, in person on here on t4r.org

Now I did not know Mike personally, but the help he has provided on this forum has made this a better place to get information. No matter how harsh, he was always quick to give the information requested. He was the first person I encountered on this forum, and probably the same for other new people here. He was quick to answer a question, and quick to thank me for posting a link for others looking for the answer when I found it.

She said that if people really want to make donations that he would have liked to see it go to the American Red Cross. He grew up in So Cal and it was a group that could be relied on after natural disaters down there.

also she said he would want everyone to blow a tank of gas on a Sunday drive with the people they love.

Finally got around to getting mt N-Fab's. They arrived today and I installed them. My last PM with Mike was him telling me that whatever I do not to get the N-fab's. He listed in typical Mike fashion the reasons not to get them. I know he is looking down and shaking his head at me. Gonna me missed Mike.
 
Wow, this is horrible to hear. I didn't know Mike but obviously he knew quite a few people here. Regardless it's horrible to hear of people passing, especially this time of year and for someone who had similar likes in life.

Rest in Peace Mike, and thoughts and prayers to all his family and friends.

In the brief time that I've virtual "known" him on this site his knowledge has been invaluable.

I don't know if I ever interacted with Mike, but I did often read his posts. He struck me as a good man, that will be sorely missed.

My sincerest condolences to his Family and Friends.

Really sad to hear this. I like to imagine him up there in a better place, still expounding the virtues of E-rated Duratracs. Rest in peace buddy you'll be missed:(
