Hi everyone, new to the forum but hopefully soon to be the owner of a T4R Trail edition.
One of the things that brought me to this forum was all the praise and activity of High-Tech Auto & Truck center on this board.
My first vehicle back in HS was a beat up underpowered red Jeep YJ on 33's. Back around the summer of 2000 I believe, I managed to grenade the rear Dana35C out wheeling. Internet wasn't big then but I found High Tech in the Yellow Pages and towed it on down there. Bobby was a great guy to work with right from the start and explained what went wrong and all the options I could go with. I eventually chose to have him order a custom Tri-County Dana44 with a Detroit. Not very common back then and took a whole summers job's wages to pay for but Bobby kept me updated every step of the way.
High-Tech did a number of other jobs for me over the next few years until I sold the Jeep during college and got into diesels. They always treated me with respect and understanding though even being a HS kid.
It is GREAT to hear you are all doing better than ever and I hope to become a customer of yours again soon. (Though hopefully no blown ring & pinions!).
Bobby, I understand your out in the PNW now and wish you all the best!
Jeff
