Reverse/back-up sensor install - easy/cheap mod

I was shopping for a back-up camera for my gf when I ran into this reverse/back-up sensor kit. ($18 http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00FQD5L5U/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1)

I just installed it today so we will see how useful it will be but it's a cheap / easy mod.

For power tap into the reverse light so it only comes on when you reverse and I put the display under my seat cause it beeps faster to a steady tone when an object is close.

Thus, everything is hidden except for the sensors, which i drilled a small hole then tied it w/ some zip ties.

Nice. I was looking for something like this, something inexpensive to help me parallel park. Found one on ebay for $16.99 (seller:tomorrow_electronics, title:Car Parking Reverse Backup Radar System Backlight LED Display + 4 Sensors Black). I'll give it a shot.

Thanks for sharing!

Nice, I just did this mod last week but I got a real drill bit(included one could not scratch my bumper lol) and mounted them in the bumper. Time will tell but so far they seem great for the price. More testing to come.
