well i just sold my 265s and am upgrading to 285s 3 inch toytec lift, and eventually 2 inch body lift. i will post some pics of the progress, just put stock wheels back on tonight and not likeing it lol ordering tires and lift tom........ any one now the discount code????for toyotech???

PM Ric for the Toytech code. A 2" body? I am not a fan of Body lifts, so if you do one I would suggest the minimum you need for the set up you want. I have 285's and minor rubbing issues so looks like I am going to go to a 1" body to fix that. It's your truck and always good to make changes. Keep us posted with pics as you do the upgrades.

i love my truck's stance with the 2" BL, and combined with the OME/LC coils I have plenty of space to upsize to 35's

i live in upper ny. near in plattsburgh. my buddy has nice heated garage with every snap on tool pretty much known so thats where i would be doing all the work. im a motorcycle tech but like working on my own stuff, this will be my first lift.

Liny, I was not trying to be negative. I was simply stating I am not a fan of the BL. and yes with a 1.5 or 2" you can fit 35" tires if that is what you need. I am just a firm believer that you only go up as big as suits your needs/ useage. I like your truck and I am sure 99Yota will be happy with his mods.
