Roof Rack Delete Part Numbers

Finally remove the rack out of my SR5 and got all the parts needed to retain the factory look and can install back if needed in less than an hour.

Here are the part numbers and quantities needed to remove your roof rack and install factory covers, brackets and bolts.

1) 90119-08C47 Bolt, W/Washer 8ea.
2) 63185-42020 Bracket, Roof 4ea. This are to hold the cover in place (TE already have this under the installed roof rack)
3) 75596-35030 Cover, Roof Drip 4ea.

I had a question about the bolt with washer. Is this is the bolt with a rubber washer?

Yeah, pics would be great. I have a BajaRack, but would like to remove it for long (500 mile+ trips) for MPG savings. But don't want to reinstall the old rack.

You can always just pick up some M8 bolts and washers. Since I currently have no roof rack installed, I installed 1.25" long bolts and applied more form-a-gasket around the openings. I have no leaks, the bolts are visible only to those that can see the roof and it cost me less than $5. Its just a temporary solution since I'm planning on getting my new rack soon but it works, was cheap and will work for those that want to remove their racks temporarily as well.

I essentially just plugged the bolt holes so water could not enter the interior.

Just a cheap short-term alternative.

Has Baja given you an update on the rack?

I am going to try removing the BajaRack face plate and see if that does anything for me MPG wise.

I got my husky liners yesterday. THX for the info. Also got the remote start yesterday. Works awesome.

Once Xmas is over and my wife isn't telling me I have to buy more stuff for my kids, I will get that OW 2.5" kit and give you a call.
