Roughness while coasting

I have a 2010 4Runner SR5 and I'm just wondering if anyone else has noticed a roughness while coasting (has a sound with it too). It doesn't happen while accelerating, and it isn't caused by braking. I'm not sure if it could be something with the tranny or transfer case (maybe CV joints?).

Last trip to the stealer they said no issue, but I wonder if anyone else has felt this.

Is it the transmission upshifting?

Transmission shifting doesn't seem to be related. I've tried it in manual gear selection mode and left it in 4th gear and when I get off the gas it sounds almost like grinding or what you'd hear if you had a warped brake rotor. Very strange...

this sounds like what i've noticed.. but noticed it more on my limited vs my trail... i think its the drivetrain... i believe it's vibrations when you're in 4 but primarily 5th gear and under load and its locked.. so basically it's under stress.. it to me was a grinding feeling.. with a rotation feel.. like a heavy to light grind on and off and faster as you go faster.. but at slow speeds its not there and at high speeds i don't recall noticing it.. felt like the truck had 5 years on it when i felt it..

I thought about the tires too, but I'm almost certain it was happening with my summer wheels and tires also.

I've got Michelin x-ice winter tires on the stock rims. I don't think it could be a balancing issue, and these tires rode like a dream when I first put them on!

Roughness

Mine feels like you are running over those ridges that are on the side of the road. It's only on the right front, so I rotated tires. Still in the right front. It's intermittent so it's hard to diagnosis. Anyone had something similar? Thanks.
