Literally an idiot can make sliders, I know because I am an idiot and have made them in the past.
The biggest way someone can f them up is messing up the mounting holes for the bolts.
That price seems great, so I'd give it a try and they claim to be made in the US.

Good catch. My Gen 3 had Stubb welding HD-SKO sliders and they were angled. Thats the same look I want. I'm not sure he's still in business though.

Thanks for the heads up! I was waiting for RSG to have a Black Friday sale, but just pulled the trigger on the V1 bare metal. Never heard of this company before and I would have preferred angled, but figured why not with that price for DOM.

NGL, sliders will rust. That’s not really an issue for people who use them.

Good thing I will be coating mine myself lol... Sucks that they did nothing for him. Rock sliders can be tough to support though from all the beating they take.

their wheels are also incredibly heavy from my research. cheap prices gets ya cheap stuff. i do like the looks of some of them tho

It is interesting people cling to Made in USA. FTC has definitions outlining made, manufactured, and produced. There are big differences, but these words are hard to enforce, especially for small businesses. Only time I have seen it enforced is with lawsuits and major counterfeit operations. Just have to take it all with a grain of salt.
