Rubber Door Seal Problem

speaking of door seals, I see one at a junkyard, how do I get it off without messing it up?
I think I'm going junking today to try to rescue a few things.

I think I'm going junking today to try to rescue a few things.

Take off the sill plate trim piece (4 screws), and pry away the front trim piece and the B-pillar trim. Then pull on the seal away from the body. The seal comes right off, it's just pressed onto the body lip all the way around.
