So i have a 3inch toytec lift and i run 285/70/17 and the tires rub the frame but i have wheel spacers for that and when i was driving today i want to say it rub on the bottom of my fender. 1inch bl=solution?
If you can determine exactly where it's rubbing, then that would help figuring out a solution. I would get your spacers on and then see if and where you are still rubbing.
You can either pound your firewall flatter, or you can get a 1" body lift. Those are your options. Unless you want to get aftermarket UCAs and lose the spacers. Also, an 8" wide wheel will cause a lot more rubbing on the firewall than a 7" wheel because they make the tire stick out an additional inch from stock (plus the spacers are making the tires stick out further too). That increases the turning arc of the tires and cause them to make contact with the firewall easier.
But, anything is possible. I'm running 315/75/16s (35s) on a 3" lift w/ a 1" body lift and don't rub anywhere except the frame when I'm fully turning. I had to cut and pound my fenders and firewall, but that's a lesser evil than a 2" body lift. Plus, my bumpers and sliders are already set for my 1" body lift so that made the decision to hack the fenders a lot easier. I have pics towards the end of my build thread showing what I did to my fenders.
