Thank you! that tends to be my dilemma sometimes. I think as long as I get her all cleaned and waxed the first chance I get, then I shouldn't have any problems.

Yupp I agree. I have some scratches from offroading, bit from the looks of them they all can be buffed out. And I've taken some decent branches haha

Merry Christmas Everyone!, Santa gave me one good gift and lots of coal.
I found out that I need to replace my Driver Side Wheel Bearing and Both Valve Gaskets because of a leak. I ordered all of the parts, but they won't be here until next week. In the meantime I did managed to pick up a Front Runner Outfitters Slimline II Rack. They don't make them for our model but they managed to make a custom one for a few of their Customer's Rigs. I you're interested in the Part #(s) just let me know and I'll gladly send them over. Steve and Bryan provided me with excellent customer service and were very prompt to answer a few questions I had. Enjoy.

LOVE the color, not many all white 3rd gens on the road. Ever thinking of getting wheel spacers? Or is that not your style. love the roof rack and skid plates too, I have a 2002 sport edition so I love the skids.

Thanks! I really appreciate it. I when she picked it up last year, I was a little jealous, but i figured now I could enjoy the best of both worlds and not have to sell the Runner.
Yea, they are somewhat of a Unicorn. I've seen 4 different ones in the San Antonio/Austin Area. I've only seen one other 4WD one, and that was in Hot Springs, AR. The spacers are in the works. At some point i'm going to be adding/changing suspension parts and add them then. In the near future I want to go with some wheels with an offset and try and run 35's, but we'll see. I haven't seen any wheels that i'm super crazy about.

I finally got around to doing my Valve Cover Gaskets. Both had slight seepage and was hitting the headers making it burn off so I wanted to get it done asap. I still need to replace my Axle Seals on the Front Diff.
Took some Engine Degreaser to the Valve Covers.
Other things that I got around to Installing.
After being in my Amazon Cart for sometime now, I finally picked up a K&N FIPK CAI. The OEM Intake hose had a few tears in it so instead of going with brand new OEM Replacements, I decided to upgrade.

And now to the not so good news...On my way back from my buddies Ranch this past weekend, A bird flew into my Hood Visor and cracked it. I'm going to see if another buddy oh mine can repair it and wrap it in Carbon Fiber.

It doesn't look so bad off, but I think it adds the just the right touch with it on.

I totally agree! Its missing something without it. My buddy is in the testing stages of wrapping Carbon Fiber and wondered if he could use it as a test. I seen some of this other work and its not bad. If it doesn't turn out how I want it, then I'll just source out another OEM one. I don't really care for the AVS one. The cans are NATO approved by Wavian. I picked them up on Ebay for about $60 each

Wit my upcoming Hiking/Camping trip out in West Texas, I wanted to get a few more maintenance items crossed off. I changed my front brakes almost 30k ago and decided to go ahead and have the rear done. I also changed out the Front U Joint on the Rear Driveshaft, Flushed the T-Case, Rear Diff, Coolant and a Partial Tranny flush. I'm going to have the Tranny filter and complete flush done at a later date this year.
