Looking good, but are you really going to keep all the window frame stuff? Go on, chop it off, it doesn't to jack now! :D

still have to round off some of the sharper edges and weld in the interior panel (later today) right now im going to start welding on my sliders... should take a few hours, and then i gotta start on the roll bar after i finish the doors and prep them for paint, tonight is $1 drinks at peabodys and tomorrow morning is HID's then some small wiring to do and then at 6am on friday its off to SETO5

yeah i am going to keep the window frame stuff for two reasons

1. it really looks like shit without it,

2. im going to put jeep wrangler TYPE windows on it, ya know, the clear vinyl stuff so the female will ride with me

Man this FAB project is taking forever.... oh wait i started my rear bumper back in March and I am still not done..lol. Looks real good cant wait for the final product.

hahaha, between work and school i have no time, im lucky to get an hour or two in a day... and for the stuff im doing thats NOTHING... this weekend im wheeling locally so i plan to have my half doors done, roll bar installed and hilift mounted before then... lets hope i got it all done!

Oh i know between my work schedule and my buddy that has the welder we can never get together to finish it, that and he lives 50 miles from me with California traffic.

haha, that sucks, man up and buy your own!

how much did you cut off of the roll bar? 2" or so?

yeah i cut exactly 2" off the bar, after i get another spool later today its ready for paint and then install

a 10# spool is heavier than it sounds, after getting that on and letting my roomie practice a bit i have the roll bar all welded up, now i gotta grind down the welds and paint and then figure out where to put my hilift!

I will get a few photos posted here shortly to of some "real fab" work. I just completed a completely one-off front and rear bumper, complete with swing out tire rack. The 2.5" lift is going on Saturday and 33's mounted up on Sunday.

...stay tuned for more photos.

To see the front bumper check out the May 2008 TOTM thread in the gallery, I posted a few there. The back bumper hasn't been posted yet, but it's pretty much done. I just have to add the shackle points and paint it.

It looks a little funny with a 33" M/T as a spare, and 31" A/Ts on the rest of the car, but at least you can get an idea.
