Running boards: ionic CXV vs.00012-R1473-01 (r6)

Ionic CXV vs OEM (r6), are they the same?

Looking for some RBs for my 2012 LE. Are the OEM (00012-R1473-01 (r6) and ionic CXV parts essentially the same? I've never seen either in person but they look very similar online. Also, will the OE fit my 2012? Thanks in advance for any help!

They are not the same, but I can say that the IONIC CXV are very factory looking. IONIC steps are much thinner according to my friend who has a set. If you want to have side steps, take a look at some nerf bars also like Westin and Aries as they are rugged and offer more aggressive style.
 
Sorry new to site and this stuff but I just got my wife a 2016 and I want to put a set of 20x10s on it but don't know if that will have to many rubbing issues I will be putting 33 inch tires on it should I have a issue with out a lift?
