Sad day...Wife has purchased a Jeep Jk - 1990 4Runner needs a new home

Now that I need to sell my built rig, I need to determine a fair price.
I know I could get $5,500.00 quickly, maybe $7,500.00. What do you guys think is a fair price?

1990 4Runner auto 95,000 (original owner) miles 4" lift, 32s, locked front w/manual hubs/rear Detroit locker, full cage, ARB bumper, WARN winch, rock sliders, Teraflex adjustable lower track arms, off road rear bumper,etc. Obviously tons of $ spent to make this a very capable off road truck. Somebody will get a great truck, sad to see it go....

I don't know about the market where you are, but there's a clean SAS'd '90 with duals on 37s just down the street from me that the guy wants $6000 for, and he's wanted that much for several months now.

If you were trying to sell that here, now, I think you'd be lucky to get $4500.

I think 7500 is unrealistic, and 5500 may be too, but may be a good starting point.

I think you could get at least $5500. for it here in San Diego. I could have sold my stock 94 w/ 146,000 for $4900 a month ago. Put it on Craig'slist for $7000. and see what happens.

U should be able to get $5K for it here. Anywhere else, probably not. Keep us posted as I'm contemplating selling my 85 SR-5 p/up and am interested in what it goes for.

I really appreciate the input. I will probably list it for sale next month. Yes Pancake Rock...trail has gotten more difficult, was locked up for almost 6 months but open for now. Rock sliders and at least 1 locker needed for the trail now. Stock toyota truck lost it's oil pan recently.

I'm over in Oahu fairly often, often wondered about how fun it would be to wheel there or Maui, or Big Island. Interesting how everyone goes with wide and small radius tires there. I may have to rent a 4x4 and do some exploring!
That is unless some local wants to use me as target practice during a boar hunt!

What you need to do is list it for too much, that way when it doesn't sell you can shrug and tell your wife that you guess you have to keep it.
