2017 Trd Pro with an Icon stage 7 kit. Just swapped out the rear 3” overland springs for 2” springs for a better ride when not loaded down. The driver side is sagging what looks to be an extra inch or more. Anyone deal with a similar issue as this and if so what was your fix? Thanks in advance for any suggestions.

yes drivers side lean is a common problem with 4runners and is usually amplified when raising the vehicle (from what I have read).
Seeing you have coilovers in front you can adjust the adjacent (pas. front) lower preload -or- increase preload to the drivers front up to help minimize it.
I increased preload on my drivers front and now am about 1/4" diff rear, side to side. Good enough.

Absolutely common when going over 1" and it's more obvious the higher you go. I think stock the truck leans just a bit on the driver side. I had an Icon stage 5 on a previous T4R and the installer had to crank up the front driver side a lot to get it close. Still with a full tank and driver there was a lean to the truck and the front driver side was a bit harsh compared to the passenger side on DD to work.
I'm currently using Dobinsons mild lift (see sig) with a 10mm spacer in the driver rear. The truck as it sits now with a full tank is almost spot on.

FYI, the spanner wrench is practically useless.
They gave me one with my kit, but I found that it did not work well.
I used a punch and it worked really well.

Depending on how much you need to crank the driver side... it might just be a bit easier (both ride quality and look) to add the spacer in the rear.
I was disappointed with how much harsher the driver side on my truck with the Icon stage 5 and 285 KO2s were to level out the truck. That's just my personal opinion and if I would have known about the spacer option I would have done that first.

Did you make sure that the rear spring is seated on the perch correctly? There is a indentation where the end of the spring should seat against.

Do you have offset weight/accessories on the vehicle? Depending how soft the suspension is, offset weight can also incur a lean.
Also find out if their rear coils are made even height, or if they're side specific, as they might need to be swapped if they are.
