"Explain to me, what the current Federal restrictions are, regarding purchase, sell, and distribution of a firearm" If they can't answer, then shut your pie hole. Next, show me, the current federal laws are being properly enforced. We should pass no new laws, until we have proven, the current laws failed. If you are not enforcing them, you cannot tell me they failed. You failed to enforce them. And lastly. No new laws should even be considered without one question being answered. "Will this law keep weapons out of the hands of criminals" No if's, and's, or but's. Plain and simple. If the answer is not 100% Yes, then it is off the table.
