All 18 pages of it. Still doesn't explain why people who argue over the Internet resort to calling out someone's grammar and spelling errors as a way to discredit that person. You'll never do it in person (people speak with poor grammar to) because it's useless but online it's like the thing to do. It's idiotic.

My two cents is one that is familiar. People that want to break laws are going to break them and find ways around them, it's that simple. Stacking new laws on top of old laws would do nothing except create mountains of laws that are useless.
