Satoshi grille mod 2000 4runner

ive seen many satoshi grille mods out their and ive wanted to do one too. i just have no idea how. if someone can help me and give me step by step (pictures welcome) or if you want to sell me the grille already done that would be great.

You'll need to start with the older style grill shell. Yours won't work.

Why wouldn't that grill work? I swear i did mine with the same one. EDIT: Just remembered i used a grill from a junk yard runner, i think you're right that one does not work. Not without a lot of work.

Anyways like he said theres a ton of write ups on this. I haven't done a write up yet but i want to because i think I'm one of the few that made the mesh flush with the frame of the grill, instead of set back an inch or so. Ill post pics.

Like i said i need to do a write up. If you search you'll find a few. I can't remember the model i got the grill from. Got it from a scrapped runner belonging to a guy on here i believe, DeathCougar.

Anyways, i just spent a lot of time using a dremel and sanding by hand until the frame was cleared out and smooth. Then ordered a piece of mesh that i liked. I carefully used a hammer and the edge of a table to bend and shape the mesh into shape. Then used a few small screws and zip ties to mount the mesh, you can't see how its mounted its very clean.
