I was planning on bringing a cooler too. I could bring something for lunch if needed.

Yeah, that rain last night was BRUTAL! Try being on a golf course when it starts. Let's just say it's not very fun. I think I went faster on that golf cart, on the way back to the club house, than I did on the way home in the 4R. :lookout: lol

I have everything to replace the seals, and the rear pads. Tomorrow I will find out when it will get done. I'll keep you guys updated.

Well tomorrow may be the day I either replace the seals and brake pads, or just the pads. I was told that it may stop leaking with a new rear breather, but i am skeptical... Hopefully I can replace the seals just to be sure. I hate to say it but I may be a last minute decision if I cant get it done tomorrow.

At least you have Friday if you don't finish tomorrow.

Yeah the breather was sealed shut. I had the parts to extend it so i stuck it on with a section of hose about 2 inches long. I still need to go back and actually extend it. Does Gulches have a lot of water? I am afraid of it now.

Ha. Not that I'm aware of. It's been raining a lot lately, but I haven't seen any water on the map or in the videos.

They do have a huge mud hole though, but I'm too scared to go in there. I've seen it swallow some huge vehicles.

It has rained here everyday this week.:redbrick: But it seems to be drying up pretty quick. I had a little pre-gulches fun yesterday with no issues. I just hope it stays dry tomorrow for good measure.

Same. It looks like we might get a little rain late tonight. 30% chance at Gulches Friday and Saturday. The high is supposed to be 90 Saturday too. Luckily not as hot as it has been lately.

I plan on getting there about 3, but am not in a great rush. I'll get camp setup and go from there.

I will make hot dogs for everyone at lunchtime, if that works for you guys. Not sure if the campsite has a fire ring, but I'll boil them if not.

I'm here now, chillin by the river. It apparently poured down here last night. Skip took me on a guided tour, though. Very nice park! Small, but nice. No one else camping tonight. Oh, I'm in campsite 1 now, not 6.

Is it bad muddy? I know it poured here around 3:30 pm today. I am about 70 miles from there though. I hope it can dry out a little tonight and tomorrow morning.

Yeah I'm hoping for dry land... BTW I'm coming!!! I still haven't replaced the seals, but they aren't leaking anymore?!? I already bought them, so I'm just going to replace them next week, or the week after. I do have 2 requests though. 1. If I find out that they actually are leaking, can I ride around with someone? I promise I'm not weird. 2. Can I check out someones spare tire kit? I think mine is missing some parts so I can't lower my spare tire...

I don't know if RedDragon has internet access at Gulches, but I was talking to him tonight and he said that he got a tour. The owner warned him about some trails that have some deep mud. He also said he did one of the black trails.

Good to know. I'll be avoiding the muddy trails...sadly. Oh and I'll be bringing a big box of tools, a strap, and more stuff i can't think of...
