For the nav unit? They run about $2K AFAIK.
I'd love to read about peoples' experiences with the Scion unit and what "Alpine technology" is in them because there seem to be plenty of aftermarket nav units (Pioneer, eclipse, kenwood) that offer far more for the money (including flash-memory maps).

Holy cr*poly indeed... but that's why folks buy take-outs for $600 on ebay!
I'd be interested in the Scion Nav (For $600) but for two reasons... DVD-based maps and no bluetooth option (AFAIK). Best thing is it's a straight swap, with no special kit required to get the steering wheel controls to work (again AFAIK).
But for $600 you can also get a nice Pioneer nav unit with flash-based maps and built-in BT (and a few glitches that'll hopefully be ironed out with firmware).

Scion SNS GPS Installed

I just installed the Scion GPS nav unit in my 2009 Corolla (believe it or not), and it works great. Except for two things:
One: when playing my own mp3 disc (created on my computer), as soon as the vehicle starts moving, the radio no longer gives me access to navigate through the CD's folders. It also gray's out the little arrows at the far left and right sides...so I only have access to play the 4 songs that were listed at the bottom before I started driving. This can't be normal for the unit, can it? When I stop the vehicle, the arrows light up again to scroll to other mp3 tunes, and I can also navigate folders up or down again.
Two: the AUX icon on the "Mode" screen is grayed-out, and therefore I can not select this input. Even though the same harness that was originally plugged into the back of my Corolla (which included AUX capability) is now plugged into the back of my new Scion nav radio, the Scion unit does not recognize the AUX input. My Corolla's in-dash 3.5mm AUX input plug worked fine with my old factory radio. Again, ALL old harness plugs that were plugged into my old Corolla factory radio are now plugged into the back of my new Scion nav radio.
Anyone have any ideas or suggestions? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

nay on the SNS100 having HD radio. There seems to be an adapter on ebay that allows for HD Radio, Bluetooth, RCA, iPod etc. connections, but that's about 200+ clams. I'd like to have a SNS200, but once I get my aux cable, I'll be able to stream internet radio from my ipad, which is all I really want to do.
