I had the exact thing happen to me, but on the other side. I have a body and frame if you want to rebuild her! I sold the drivers door but have the rear door too.
Parting her will be hard and lots of work. I have tried. Lots of people don't realize how much time it takes to answer all the pm's, pull the parts, find or build a box, weight it, get shipping costs, send and answer more emails, receive payments and finally ship. You will not get rich or break even!
Here is an 03 Sport, V6 with a perfect frame and body $500. It's a Texas Runner so it has no rust.

I've parted hundreds of 4Runners over 14 years, and I have more than broken even. Forums are tough because most parts are too large to ship, but I do sell a lot through here.
