how the f*ck do you get staff duty, i thought you were a big kid? they give you guys staff duty too, i thought that crap was for privates and sh*t bags

yeah i get that, i just figured that they were above staff duty, like a perk to the job kinda thing... you know like getting to play with all the cool sh*t the army has to offer and do the things they tell you about to get you to join but the "regular guy" never gets to do... yeah i didnt think staff duty was on the list. i get that in his world he is a lower enlisted, i still cant believe that in his world he has staff duty, thats just BS
well while youre at gay work, maybe you can play some of this?

ok first off, Everything you have heard about SF is probably a lie or an extreme exageration. And all the BA stuff that you think we do... its a lie as well.. We are not seals nor are we JTAC's
Secondly yeah we have the same thing e1 - e4 and an e6 or e7 on staff duty at all time... I for some reason have come down with it twice within the last couple of months.

How do you think I felt finding out everything we were told was a lie.... If your really looking to go into special ops go to the air force, they have it made... JTAC's are halo and scuba qualified in their course... And they get all the cool toys with no rules really.. I saw my JTAC cuss a sgm out for gettin onto him for wearing a ball cap in uniform and nothing happened. Also he lost a PVS14 and his leadership was like oh well..

Man I can't catch a break with my runner... So I thought I had everything running nice and smooth a couple days ago... Man was I wrong. So I go out the next day after fixing it and it starts running real bad.. Turns out the timing belt tensioner went bad and let the timing get out of whack by maybe a tooth or 2... So I fix it.. start it up today after replacing the tensioner and its running like crappp!!!! rough idle, dies when you put it in gear, and is pooring something out of the tail pipe.. doesnt smell like gas, antifreeze or oil.. and the best part is.... the head gasket job i just did was for nothing. I pulled one of my plugs and it was wet.... Im extremely frustrated and ready to give up... I am going to try one more thing and see if it helps.. If not.. I'm done rebuilding a rebuilt engine... Thanks enginehaus.............................................
Oh and the parts I ordered apparently haven't even been sent off.. Gotta call about them tomorrow. They have yet to charge my account for all of them.

K2 is pretty extreme, 20% fatality rate. ={ My goal to summit the cascade volcanoes so I'm more into glacier/snow travel.

That's pretty cool. I climbed Baker back in college. Now I just stick to stuff I can do in good weather. I don't like the X factor that weather can bring. Plus for some reason I get more of a rush from climbing 12 feet of the hardest stuff I can wrap my hands on over standing atop an 11,000 ft mountain.
We definitely live in a great place for both!

You should rally out to Leavy with me sometime when the weather gets better. I know the new grom adds a variable, but we go over there for day trips all the time.

I saw an e-locker at B&R in graham. They wanted 100 for it. Switch and all that looks like its there. Not sure whats involved in the swap but that seemed like a good deal.
They have 2 98/97 DD limiteds on tan. 1 burgundy 96 SR5. 3 more in their 'reserved' lot.
I got a good cluster, clock, and handful of misc trim parts for $50 bucks from Matt (he marks stuff down, the other guys wont).
