New rubbers, 295/70r17 Cooper ST Maxx 10PLY.
2 year old 285/70r17 Nitto Ridge Grapplers vs the ST Maxx.

New wheels arrived. FN Five Star in Anthracite Light Gunmetal 17x8.5" -6mm offset. It was a toss between these and the SCS F5's that everybody and their mama's got.
Also managed to blow a hole in my ridge grapplers. Not sure what I drove over but it went right smack into the middle the tread. Done with these tires, shitty traction on slick pavement and not very impressive in fresh, deep snow. They look aggressive but suck in anything but dry terrain, good riddance.
So whats next?
Any rubbing issues going 285+ with JBA UCA’s?
295/70/17 St Maxx and FN Five-Stars
Looks good. How does the truck feel with the increased weight? I have same size rg and am interest in st max in the 295 as well

Sweet rig man. I find that my KO2's have the exact same issues you had with the ridge grapplers. Would love to hear your take on the ST Maxx so far in similar situations, if possible.
Thx.
