Seized o2 sensor

So last night while driving cel came on checked the codes p0430 so today I bought new sensors and my down stream came out no problem went to do the up stream and thats where i ran into a problem. It broke loose no problem but after that it was super tight and go to a point to where it feels lit it about to break before it moves, currently my crows foot it stuck on it, its a line wrench crowsfoot. Have done a few heat cycles with some squirty squirt when its hot, then run the sensor back in as far as it goes then back out and it just come to a stop. Has anyone had this issue or do i need to get a longer ratch or get the air hammer out? If it breaks time for headers or cut out off the cats and weld it to the manifolds. Hope i can get it out

Just had this happen on my 08 V8. Seized in the passenger mani. I broke 2 o2 sockets trying to get it out. Had it glowing red hot, soaked in PB, melted wax in the threads to lub them. Nothing. Removed manifold, still won't budge.

Bought a new manifold. $500 from the dealer and tossed it on. I have zero rust on my truck, so not sure why it seized so bad.

I finally got mine to come out but it gauled up the threads so i has to go get a thread chaser, bout to try it out. This has been a north texas truck its whole life and has zero rust
