I'm almost finished my Timing Belt service. Wasn't bad at all, 3.5 hours for disassembly and about 5 hours to put it all back together. Went very smoothly.
My serpentine belt tensioner pulley had some wiggle on bearing so I decided to replace it. I needed the pulley right away to finish the job and Toyota didn't had it in stock so I checked other sources like NAPA, Partsource, AutoValue and Rockauto. All of them had mentioned pulley of different design. It is slightly smaller in diameter and not concaved like original one. Does anybody had same issue? First photo is original and second photo of what everyone was selling.
