Hey I just replaced my front rotors an breaks...no more noise or shaking, except now when I drive on the autobahn at speeds 60mph plus when I start braking, there is some shaking in the wheel, I dont understand I change the rotors and breaks, why else would it do this. Also the right caliper gets extreamly hot, what is going on now?

Some things to check. Safely (safety stands) lift each wheel off the ground to quick check the calipers and wheel bearings. If the right wheel is harder to spin then the left you may have a bad caliper (piston not retuning). This may be causing the heat. Did you bed in the new pads and rotors? Did you use OEM parts? You may what to check the new pads for glazing. Grab the tire at 3 and 9 and pull/push to check the wheel bearings and control arm bushings, there should be no play at all. You can turn the wheel full to each direction and look directly at each component (control arm bushings, ball joints, every link in the susp) while pushing on the tire (you can use your legs to push). All these components experience forces while braking and could cause vibration. When pushing/pulling hard on the tire you should be able to see if there is a part failure. Some susp systems have a strut like rod that directly absorbs the braking forces, check those bushings.
