yah Brian he did the u joints but now sounds like a different issue.

Let's hear more about this rumbling sound elica. In the back end? any sign the rear axle seals are leaking?

Dammit, I hate it when that happens. I missed the other posts in between somehow (probably didn't realize there was a page 2).

no signs of a leak. replaced front shocks today, components in the area all looked good. keeping my fingers crossed for a smooth ride at 108 tomorrow.

no bueno...still the same. now it kinda feels worse when decelerating when there were no issues during deceleration before the new u joints.

forgot to update...it was u joints all along. it wasn't installed properly so CARTER RACING in savannah spotted it and fixed it in less than an hour. and i got my $ back from the first autoshop. with all these new parts, the truck should be good another 100k miles

I have the same problem. . Only i know i have bad tires.. and was hoping to replace u joints after i get all my parts together for my conversion
