Shift Boot Replacement

Can the boot around the transfer case lever be replaced by itself or do you have to get the entire panel? The boot/cover on my 4runner is tearing away and the OCD side of me is wanting to replace it.

Not sure if it's sold separate from Toyota. Should be as it is easily removable. I have one in good shape from my 2000 LTD partout $15 shipped.

Anyone know how to attach the boot to the shifter console?????
