Shop can't balance tire

The local Tire-Of-The-Month shop can't get my tire to balance. I think the tire is defective, what do you think.

Minor! Bring it to any reputable tire shop and have them break it down and patch it from the inside.:thumb:

I had a tire once that I had used a can of stop leak on. Must have been some sloshing around inside or at least moving. It was great fun watching them balance it. Run it up to speed. Get the reading. Hammer on the weights. Spin it up again for final check and it is way out. Repeat. Many times.
