If all you want is a "level", install Bilstein 5100 shocks with the fronts set to .85. You will be almost perfectly level, and get better shocks. I've had mine 5 yrs and love them. I should think even the dealer could do this.
The local dealer is a PITA to deal with. I didn't buy my 4Runner from them and they are pissed. So that isn't an option. I can do it myself, but taking the time out of my limited schedule isn't an option either.
I am looking at the 5100 series Bilstein Shocks but time is my enemy. On Friday I replaced the stock tires (65K miles) with 275-70-17 BFG AT-KO2 and WOW they look so much better, but the front end drop is VERY noticeable. I measured and there is 2 inch drop at top of wheel arch on fender front to back.
I want it leveled out and hope the 5100s will help with the ride.

I second Joe from Chi-Town. 1.5 hrs isn't a bad drive.

I would also strongly recommend Chitown4x4. I'm up in WI myself, drove down to see Joe and bought my Bajarack from him. Great guy, check him out.
Check these guys out. We send all of our trucks from the dealer for ligts over there. One of my techs knows the owner and actually works there to help him from time to time when he gets really busy.
