I'm pretty sure that other than the leather (which is an option on sports) that the 06 you're looking at has a sunroof as well. The mid-generation change just looks better with the tube style rack and steps, led lights, projector lamps. Plus you'll have almost 30,000 fewer miles for what, a difference of $1,000 in asking price?

Hes right. You can always have leather put in. I checked around here in San Diego and Quality Auto Upholstery wants 1,200 for the fronts, backs and doors. $100 more if you want 2 tone. Thats my plan! :guitar3:

Since you didn't say whether you already took a test drive, I can't tell if you'll fit in there a-Okay. Check your head clearance against the bottom of the sunroof Make sure you can find a comfy driving position.

check 4LO! if it doesnt actuate its usually cause it was never put in 4LO and a seal is broken. which costs like 2 bucks for the seal but over a grand in labor to take apart the transfer case and get to it.

Headroom was one of my biggest concerns. I'm not huge (6'1"), but it's less room than my Subies. But, still comfortable, actually.

I picked up in early 2009 a 2005 SE, with 113k, for 12k.

Drives as smooth as the day she and I drove into the sunset.

They wanted 14.5. Silly stealership :banana:

Was 12k the out the door price? I seen 4runners I really like in the 14-16 range but will only have about 15.5k to spend. I wonder how much I can haggle them down.
