I'm not a license plate expert but that looks like an Ohio license plate for sale in Florida. No?

A visual inspection will typicall suffice, but I bought one that I could tell from its Carfax had never spent a substantial amount of time out of the south .

Also, I used carsforsale.com to search for one. They had a pretty big search and I like their filters the best.

i spoke with brad the owner. nice guy. he bought it new and according to him, rust is minimal. gas tank skid plate needs replacing though, as he said it was rusty. he's done some work to it since he's had it. very clean in and out. just have to see how bad it is below.

Good call. [MENTION=116467]Rock_Rat[/MENTION] had a very good point and I tried to point it out, but did absolute terrible(pain/pills/late night..i'll leave it to those 3). I know some I have talked to laugh at me paying 5k more than I should have, but I was in a really terrible place in life and this has helped me continue on. So whatever you look at, remember its 15 years old, figure to drop 2k-5k!!! in the first year (unless you stumble onto the diamond in the rough which does exist..)
