Should I trade in my 2005 4Runner SR5?

I would keep it. Even if you put aside a portion of the savings of having another car payment, that should be plenty to maintain a toyota. Use the remainder of savings like u said, for vacations. 100k isnt really much for a 4Runner and since u know the history of it, its worth keeping it.

I am picking up my 4runner on Saturday and plan to keep it till it dies. Its my first 4runner, but def not my first Toyota.

'03 here with 163,000 miles and drives like new. I'll drive it till it runs out of class. LOL.
