I was driving this "gem" all over Grenada last week. I think I saw one 4Runner RHD but I didn't get a picture. There were many Hilux quad cab PU's, Rav4's (old and new models), Monteros, Nissan SUV's. Grenada would be a great place get back into the jungle with a 4x4 since its a bunch of volcanic mountains with steep trails in many places once you got off the paved roads.

I drove right hand something in Jamaica decades ago. Plus a small motorcycle for the day. Yes, took a while to get used to it.
