Shrockworks Rock Sliders are here for the 5th gen

Any pics from farther back? I'm as well interested in what that rocker looks like...

The rocker is off-- it has to be to make room for the slider. I used a small strip of chrome tape on the angled edge of the door because I (gasp) missed the look of the chrome. Here is another pic farther back and a closeup of the front part which, as you'll note, appears disappointingly unfinished.

i'd like to know what you did with your rocker panels as well. also, which finish did you end up going with?

Thanks for the extra pics. I really like the look and the sliders. I really wish that fender didn't look so unfinished with the rocker off, everything else looks fine in my opinion. Oh well, still think I'll end up ripping mine off and ordering the sliders...

You can always go BFLAN'S route and have the stock rockers cut flush with the bottom.

Don't take your rockers off just yet-- if you haven't ordered the sliders, they take a loooong time to arrive.

Those lines are your X-Reas hydraulic lines connecting your shocks together. Right front line goes to left rear and Left front to Right rear.Those round canisters on the frames are the reservoirs.

You need to secure them somehow be it zip-tie or bracket so that a hole can't be rubbed in them and lose pressure.

I removed my X-Reas shocks and all the lines when I installed my Icons.

Scragglejaw, this comment is not meant for this thread, but I noticed your signature says you have the "Dash Kit (medium burl walnut)"....Is there any way to post a pic of your dashboard? Or have you done it already? I am interested in that type of look as well but I haven't seen any Limiteds with Navi that have the burl walnut. Thx.

I have noticed there are holes that have nuts already on the other side of them, on the frame itself.

textured is rough sorta like truck bed liner but not quite as rough, and it is a flatter black.

semi-gloss is smooth and has some sheen to it.

i think the textured is a better match for the Trail Edition (especially the roof rack). i had a Shrockworks textured black front bumper on my Jeep and liked the finish.
